ENTRE OLAS (BETWEEN WAVES)
London, 2008
In this piece the language of the materials is abundant and rich. As an object in itself, it refers to a society and a culture that is careful with objects destined to improve society. Arranged inside the box, the templates evoke the theatrical sets depicting the sea and waves at the beginning of the 20th century. On the other hand, the templates as a support to draw or trace curves, cause me sensuality and security; because “they take you and they lead you.” And finally, the traces of red and black ink that can be seen on the templates, bring me the sounds of the pen tearing the paper, over and over again
