How can I check the size of the artwork?
The dimensions of the work are specified on the artwork page but if you have any questions regarding its frame, material or condition please do not hesitate to contact us:

How can I check the authenticity of the artwork?
Each artwork is unique, dated and signed by the artist. Artworks are in good conditions, but some may include objects founds or antique material that may look the artworks have damages, but on the website photos you can check them. In any case, if you have any questions please email email@example.com
Take in consideration that artwork titles are signed on original language (mostly Spanish, but there also are titles in English, French and Italian). However, each artwork title was translated to English on this website, but his original title will be signed on artwork.
In any case, you will always receive a Certificate of Authenticity with the artist’s signature and an exact description of the piece.
Is the image on the site an accurate representation of the artwork?
The image is an accurate depiction of the artwork, but it has no contract value. We can send you additional images on request. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
If the artwork you ordered is not what you expected, we are incredibly sorry. You have 7 days to return the work after its delivery.
Will my artwork arrive ready to hang?
All framed artworks are ready to hang, but others will need to be taken to a framer upon arrival or require additional hardware for proper displaying of the work. This information will be sent with your purchase confirmation. If you need to know before place an order, please email email@example.com
What are the accepted methods of payment?
All credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express etc.), and PayPal.
What happens once the payment has been processed?
Once the payment has been processed, the artwork is reserved for you. We will send you an email confirmation and delivery times (delivery takes approximately 7 days).

How do I track the progress of my order?
For the most detailed, up-to-date tracking information, we recommend that you track your package via the particular courier’s website —either DHL or FedEx.
To identify which courier is handling your package, please locate the email confirmation you received when the artwork shipped.
This email contains a link allowing you to access a webpage with your order tracking details including your specific courier and your tracking number. Please copy the tracking number from this page and then enter it into the courier’s webpage for the latest tracking information.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How are the artworks packaged?
The works are packaged by the artist and follow a standardized packaging process. We will confirm you the packaging before shipping and take care to make sure the work is properly protected.
How long does delivery take?
After the payment has been processed, delivery takes 7 days on average, which leaves time for packaging and shipping. Whatever happens, we will keep you posted.
If you need your order arrives earlier, in some countries we can handle this with courier, but extra cost may apply. Make your request sending an email to email@example.com
Common reasons for delivery delays
If you live in an area experiencing severe weather, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen major events, your package may be delayed. Please add an additional 2 – 3 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order.
Also, in some countries, the customs clearing process may take as long as 30 days. Please check your government’s international shipping policies for more detailed information.
Is the delivery of the artwork insured?
Of course! Each artwork is shipped with a standard insurance to avoid any damage cost. You have nothing to worry about and there are no hidden costs.
If I buy several artworks, will they be delivered at the same time?
Yes, but please email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify you need them to arrive in the same place at the same time. We’ll do our best to arrange delivery accordingly.
Can I return the original artwork?
Yes, if the artwork arrives and you’re not satisfied with your original purchase for any reason, you’ll have 7 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intent to return the artwork for a refund.
It must be returned to the artist in its original condition and packaging within 14 days after you notify us your decision of return. Email email@example.com
How to return an original artwork?
Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to give us your order information and the reason for wanting to return the work.
Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials used by the artist. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the artwork back safely to the artist.

You will be refunded after the work has been returned to the artist within 14 business days. We are not responsible for any currency conversion differences that may result in a reversed payment.

Save original packaging
Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Please email these photos to email@example.com.
A representative will contact you to discuss next steps.
Who pays for return shipping costs?
Unfortunately, buyer is responsible to pay any shipping costs and international customs fees, if apply.
Can I cancel an order before shipping?
Yes, you can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
After this period, you have to make the return and shipping cost may apply.
